Tushar Deda, a first-year student pursuing a Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies at the Faculty of Arts, has emerged as the candidate representing the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in the 2023 Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) election. His campaign message centers around a pressing issue that resonates with many students in Delhi.
